1. Who this notice covers
Gentlity is a product and brand currently being built and operated by its founding team, ahead of the incorporation of a dedicated legal entity. This notice describes how the public Gentlity website and its Early Access program handle information today. It will be updated to name the operating legal entity once incorporation is complete. 2. Information you provide
If you submit an Early Access request, we receive your work email, name, and company (required), and, if you choose to share them, your role and a description of what you are building with AI agents or your current reliability challenge (optional). Please do not submit credentials, API keys, prompts, customer data, or other confidential or production information — the form asks you not to, and none of these categories is needed to respond to your request.
3. Information collected automatically
This website does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run a marketing analytics provider by default (see §4). Like any hosted website, our hosting provider, Vercel, necessarily processes ordinary web request information to serve and secure the site — for example IP address, approximate location derived from it, request timing, and browser/device information — as described in Vercel's own privacy documentation. Gentlity's own application code does not read, store, or log this information as part of the Early Access flow.
4. Analytics
No analytics or marketing-tracking provider is enabled on this website by default. The site includes an internal mechanism that can send a small set of non-identifying event names (for example, that the Early Access page was viewed) to a first-party-configured endpoint, but it takes no action and sets no data unless that endpoint is explicitly configured — which it currently is not. If that changes, this notice will be updated first, and the events it can ever send are limited to an event name, page path, and timestamp: never form contents, names, or email addresses.
5. Why we process this information
We use Early Access submissions to respond to your request, assess whether Gentlity is a good fit for what you are building, and communicate with you about it. We also use the same technical controls described in Security at Gentlity to protect the website and this program from abuse. We do not use an Early Access submission to subscribe you to marketing communications, and submitting the form does not create a commercial contract.
6. Service providers
Two third parties are currently involved in operating this website:
- Formspree receives Early Access form submissions from our server, stores them, and sends us an email notification. Formspree's own published documentation states it hosts its service on Amazon Web Services in the United States and has obtained SOC 2 Type II attestation; see Formspree's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel hosts and serves this website. Vercel's own published documentation states it operates as a data processor for site visitor information, processes ordinary request/technical data as described in §3, and states it holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification; see Vercel's Privacy Policy.
These are Formspree's and Vercel's own public statements about themselves, not certifications held by Gentlity.
7. International processing
Based on the provider documentation linked above, Early Access submissions and ordinary website request data are processed in the United States (and potentially other locations where Vercel or Formspree operate), regardless of where you are visiting from. Vercel's published policy references standard contractual clauses and similar transfer mechanisms where required by applicable law. We have not independently verified every technical detail of either provider's international-transfer practices beyond what they publish.
8. Retention
We do not currently operate a fixed, automated deletion schedule of our own. Our principle is to retain Early Access information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate fit, maintain business records of the enquiry, protect the website, or meet applicable legal requirements — the intent is not to keep it longer than any of those purposes requires. Formspree's own published policy separately states it retains account data for as long as an account is active plus any period needed for its own legal obligations; it does not publish a fixed number of days for individual submissions.
9. Your choices
You can contact hello@gentlity.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop processing an Early Access request you previously submitted. We will act on these requests as the operating team currently in place, without promising a specific response deadline unless one is legally required of us; we aim to respond within a reasonable time.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — described concretely in Security at Gentlity — intended to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
11. Children
This website and the Early Access program are intended for working professionals evaluating Gentlity for their organization, and are not directed to children.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website, our team, our providers, or a future incorporated legal entity come into place. We will update the date above whenever we publish a revision, and material changes affecting how Early Access information is used will be reflected here before they take effect.
